Wilma Sargent Sykes

Wilma Sykes (Sargent) , age 81, of Toledo, died December 2, 2017 at Spring Meadows Nursing and Rehabilitation, Holland, OH. She was born October 16, 1936 in Oregon, OH to Mr.& Mrs. Richard (Esther Engel) Reges. She was a graduate of Clay High School. She enjoyed reading and crocheting and especially love her dog, Sassi. Survived by her children, Valerie Chapman (John Sanchez), Linda (Kenneth) Staton, Richard (Kelly) Sargent and Ray (Kim) Sykes; 9 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; sister, Darlene (Bob) Cook; fur-baby, Sassi and close friend, Darlene Drefs. She was preceded in death by her husbands, Carl Sargent and William Sykes. Services will be conducted on Wednesday at Noon at Epiphany Lutheran Church (915. N. Reynolds Rd.), Toledo, where a luncheon will follow.
