William J. Kramer, 54, passed away March 6, in the care of Hospice of Northwest Ohio. Bill is survived by his wife, Celeste Kramer; parents, Ralph and Mary Kramer; sisters, Joan Abouameds and Kathy Swartz; brother, Robert Kramer; sister-in-law, Theresa Kramer and many nieces and nephews. At Williams request there will be no services held, in lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate any contributions to Hospice of Northwest Ohio.
