William J. Bill Kennedy, Jr.

William J. Kennedy Jr. (Bill) age 80, passed peacefully early Tuesday morning, September 20, 2016 at The Ebeid Hospice Residence, Flower Hospital, Sylvania, Ohio. He was born May 29th, 1936 in Toledo Ohio, the son of William J. Kennedy Sr. and Jennie Kennedy. He graduated from Whitmer High School in 1954. He enjoyed a long retirement from Hostess Cake Continental Baking Co. He is preceded in death by his brothers, Robert, James, Gerald, and George Kennedy. He is survived by his devoted wife of 61 years, Violet L. Kennedy. His three sons Dennis L. Kennedy (Tammie), Douglas P. Kennedy, William J. Kennedy III (Arlene) and his daughter Linda S. Wisniewski (James).His dear sisters, Lois Cornell, Pat Shaud, Carol Kennedy, Lynda Kennedy, Evelyn Plontz, Ginger Minnick and his brother Joseph Kennedy.His eight grandchildren, Erin Lisenbee, Nicholas, Nathan and Taylor Kennedy, Mellissa Whitney, Ben and Molly Guan Kennedy and Christian Wisniewski. Great Grandchildren, Logan and Ty Lisenbee, Blake, Brennen and Carys Kennedy, Lydia and Caden Kennedy and Jadelyn, Mason, Micah and Pax Whitney. Funeral services will be held private for immediate family. Memorial donations may be made in Williams name, to the Nightingales Harvest Food Pantry at Lutheran Church of Our Savior. 2820 W.
