William D. Billy Chapman, Jr., age 68, of Toledo, passed away May 5, 2017 at Ebeid Hospice, Sylvania. He was born November 29, 1948 in Toledo to Mr.& Mrs. William D. (Irene Yarcso) Chapman, Sr. Billy worked at the Sight Center and enjoyed playing the keyboard. Survived by his loving parents and caregivers, William and Irene Chapman. Services will be private for the family.
