Virginia Lee "Ginger" Bryant

Virginia Lee “Ginger” Bryant, age 72, of Swanton, passed away peacefully on Sunday, July 26, 2020 at Swanton Valley Health after a long battle with Alzheimer’s Disease. She was born August 6, 1947 in Rock Springs, Wyoming to the late Chauncey and Vivian (Parton) Lane. Ginger graduated from high school in Casper, Wyoming and met the love of her life, Abner Bryant, when he was stationed in Wyoming while serving in the U.S. Air Force. They moved to Ohio in 1969 and Ginger worked for more than 20 years in retails sales at both the Lion Store and Dillard’s in Toledo. Her primary vocation was that of wife and mother. Ginger was easy-going, kind and, most especially, devoted to her family. Left to cherish her memory is her husband of 53 years, Abner; children, Jonathan (Amanda) Bryant, Mandy (Ben) Bradfield and Kristen Bryant; and grandchildren, Amelia and William Bryant. Per Virginia’s wishes, services will be private.
