Tina Marie Mays

Tina Marie Mays, 60, of Maybee, MI, passed away Monday, August 9, 2021 Flagstaff, Arizona. She was born on June 10, 1961 in Toledo, Ohio to Gene C. and Melva Marie (Howe) Burleson and she married Roy Alvin Mays, Sr.. Tina enjoyed doing puzzles, but most of all loved spending time with family. She is survived by her brothers, Robert Niel Burleson, Harold Gene Burleson, Marvin Estle Burleson, Danny James Burleson, Donald Michael Burleson, Ronald Edward Burleson, Michael Allen Burleson, Terry Lee Burleson and Gene Carlton Burleson; sisters, Connie Jean Barde and Tracy Lynn Barnier; husband, Roy Alvin Mays, Sr.; children, Roy Alvin Mays, Jr., Shaun Christopher Mays, Athina Marie Mays, Anthony Wayne Mays, Tisa Jeanette Mays and Stephanie Mays; many nieces and nephews; and two great nieces and two great nephews. In addition to her parents, Tina is preceded in death by her brothers, Carl Melvin Burleson and Kenny David Burleson; and nephew Chris Jay Penn. Family and friends will be received on Friday, August 20, 2021 from 12:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. in Walker Funeral Home, Holland-Springfield Chapel, 7438 Airport Highway, Holland, Ohio (419-865-8879). Funeral services will begin following the visitation at 3:00 p.m. in the funeral home. Burial in Springfield Township Cemetery will be held privately.
