Leave behind a wife Anita Moore, daughter Samantha Moore (Richard Dennis), Mother Wanda Cumpain , Step Mother Carol Moore. Brother Thomas (Danielle) Moore, nephew Thomas and Denver Moore. Half Brothers Todd and Trent Moore. Neice Danielle Carpenter and Nephew Robert Milligan.
Proceed in death By father Wallace Moore and Sister Terry Milligan and nephew Tyler Moore.
