Thomas Swartz

Thomas D. Swartz, age 59, died peacefully on February 11, 2016 at Hospice of Northwest Ohio, Perrysburg. He was preceded in death by his father Donald L. Swartz. He is survived by his mother, Patricia Swartz; sisters, Carol (Ken) Aerni, Donna (Joe) Cheney, Barb Swartz, Ann (Jeff) Biblewski; brothers, Tim (Deb) Swartz, Jim Swartz; his children, Justin (Bridgette) Swartz and Amber Swartz; grandchildren, Brady, Carter and Millie. A Memorial Service will be held Saturday, February 27th at 1 PM at Little Flower Catholic Church, Toledo.
