Thomas Meredith

Thomas O. Meredith of Toledo, passed away at Promedica Ebeid Hospice on September 23, 2023. Born to Ed Meredith and Maggie (Doe) Meredith on November 16, 1936. He graduated Whitmer High School in 1955. He was a member of Local 3-OH and worked as a bricklayer for 50 years. Tom enjoyed golfing and hunting and spending time with all of his family. He was a member of the Wolf Club where they would gather enjoying some drinks and playing cards. He also loved going to feed his deer, especially, Molly.Preceding him in death were his parents and brother, David Meredith. He is survived by his son, Jeff Meredith (Karen); daughter, Patti Cousino; 4 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren, brothers, Ed and Jim Meredith; Patty Thiel, Judy Gruss, Peggy Spradlin, Cathy Meredith, Debbie Meredith and Mary Lou Nirschl along with many nieces and nephews.There will be a gathering on Saturday, September 30, 2023 at Blanchard-Strabler Funeral Home (3219 Tremainsville @ Alexis, 419-269-1111) from 2 until 5 P.M.
