Thomas Tommy Michael Jaworski Thomas Tommy Michael Jaworski, 37, of Toledo, Ohio passed away on Sunday, January 21, 2018 at his home. He was born on April 9, 1980 also in Toledo to Daniel Michael and Marcella (Croley) Jaworski. He attended Whitmer High School.Tommy is survived by his loving mother, Marcella Jaworski; a host of aunts, uncles and several cousins as well as beloved dog, Princess. He was preceded in death by his father, Daniel Michael Jaworski and grandparents. Visitation will be held on Saturday, January 27, 2018 from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. in Athens Missionary Baptist Church, 101 W. Breckman St., Walbridge, Ohio 43465 where funeral services will follow the visitation at 6:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Childrens Hospital.
