Tammy Lyn Harris

Tammy Lyn Harris, age 61, of Maumee, OH, passed away December 27, 2023 at Flower Hospital. She was born June 5, 1962 in Toledo to Larry and Shandonrose (Hageman) Beaverson. Tammy graduated from Springfield High School in 1980 and married Danny Harris in 1983. She was then a longtime resident of Grand Rapids, OH where she enjoyed raising her family in the quiet countryside. She loved spending time working in the yard with her husband. Her greatest joy in life was her family. Tammy treasured spending time with her 3 grandsons and had a very close-knit relationship with her siblings.

She was a social butterfly, cherishing the companionship of neighbors and friends through all chapters of her life. Tammy was a lifelong lover of games (especially Euchre), never missing a chance to gather with friends at the Lakes of Monclova Villas for fellowship and happy hours. She often used her talent and creativity, handcrafting gifts for those she loved and selling them at local craft festivals. She was a lucky lady and enjoyed spending time with Danny at the casino.

Tammy is survived by her loving husband, Danny Harris; children, Danyal Harris (Sean Bunker) and Jason (Missy) Harris; grandchildren, Isaiah and Nicholas Harris, Jaxon Bunker; step-grandchildren, Lily and Hannah Bunker; sister, Sheila (Kevin) Bernhard; brother, William (Laurie) Beaverson; nieces and nephews, Kevin Bernhard, Todd (Ashley) Bernhard, Zachary Bernhard, Joshua Beaverson, and Jessica (Kavin) Tedamrongwanish, along with many other cherished family and friends!

All beloved family and friends are cordially invited to attend a Celebration of Life Open House on Saturday, January 20th, 2024 from 12pm – 4pm, held at The Lakes of Monclova Villas Clubhouse (4535 Red Admiral Lane, Maumee, OH 43537).
