Shannon M. Lewis, age 60, of Toledo, Ohio died December 15, 2010 at Hospice of Northwest Ohio. She was born in Toledo on March 18, 1950 to Clement and Nancy Lewis. She was preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Steve Lewis and Billy Joe Lewis; sisters, Amy Ewingand Cheryl Elliott.Shannon is survived by her sons, Chris (Tammy) Burgy, Todd (Erica) Burgy and Tony (Jamie) Burgy; grandchildren, Brittney, Amanda, Zack, Megan, Araha, Bryson and Bono; great-grandchild, Raegyn; twin brother, Gus Lewis.Visitation for Shannon will be at H.H.
