Sandra Browder Sandra Browder, age 75 of Toledo, died February 29, 2016 at UTMC. She was born June 5, 1940 in Dayton, OH to Mr. & Mrs. Gene (Ruby Lamb) Wilkins. She worked as a Bar Maid at the Haven Lounge and the Holland American Legion. She enjoyed playing cards, especially poker and was an avid Dallas Coyboys fan. Survived by daughters, Jackie (Steven) Hughes and Carol Browder both of Toledo; grandchildren, Ashley Gafeney and Steven Hughes; great-grandchildren, Carlyle and Cameron; sister, Sandy; nieces and nephews, especially Kellie and Stacie. Friends will be received at Blanchard-Strabler Funeral Home (1163 W. Sylvania at Lockwood, 419-269-1111) on Saturday from Noon until the time of Services at 4 PM.
