Sally Rouillard

Sally Rouillard, age 94, passed away on August 1, 2026, at home surrounded by loved ones.

She was born to Lawrence and Nelle Obee in 1932. She attended Ottawa Hills and Palm Beach (Florida) schools, the University of Alabama, where she was affiliated with Zeta Tau Alpha sorority. Sally was member of Service League in Green Bay, Wisconsin and volunteered her time to many worthy causes over the years.

Her interests were horses and travel. Her main passion was philanthropy for all animals.

Sally is survived by her daughter, Kathryn, who lives in Seminole, Florida; grandchildren, Colin Kras and Lauren Arany; great-grandchildren, Shawn Kras, Colin Arany, and Jordan Kras. She was preceded by her son, Richard C. Oudenhoven Jr. and loving husband, Rheo D. Rouillard.

Sally's family would like to extend a special thank you and heartfelt recognition Hospice of Northwest Ohio and Christian Homecare.

A private family service will be held.

In lieu of flowers, Sally would like any possible donations to the Toledo Humane Society.
