Ruth E. Dinkins

Ruth E. Dinkins, age 77 of Perrysburg, Ohio and Florida, passed away Wednesday, April 9, 2014 at Kingston Residence of Perrysburg. She was born in Detroit, Michigan on January 17, 1937 to her parents, Edwin and Helen Dinkins. Ruth was employed with Owens-Illinois Inc. for 30 years, retiring in 1994. She was an avid reader. She was preceded in death by her parents. Ruth is survived by her brother, Dwight (Joyce) Dinkins, niece, Dana (Ronald Linton), nephew, Douglas (Julie) Dinkins, and great nieces and nephews.
