Russell Allen Nino aka Gus or Duck , age 51 of Toledo died December 15, 2022 at home. He was born June 2, 1971 in Toledo to Mr. & Mrs. John J. (Karen R. Crosby) Nino. He loved to ride his Harley and spend time with his grandchildren. He was always laughing and joking and having a good time with friends and family. He had the biggest heart and was always able to make other people smile and he enjoyed his Almond Joy and Reeses. He spent the last 9 years working at Jeep.Survived by his wife of 20 years, Kathy; sons, Donnie Nino and Chad Jacobs; daughters, Courtney Jacobs and Corey Fry; father, John Nino; brothers, John (Heather) and Jason; many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins; 9 grandchildren.He was preceded in death by his son, Russell and his mom, Karen.Friends will be received on Tuesday from 2-8 P.M. at Blanchard-Strabler Funeral Home (3219 Tremainsville @ Alexis, 419-269-1111) where Services will be held on Wednesday at 11 A.M.
