Rosemary M. Oliver

Rosemary M. Oliver, age 73, of Toledo, Ohio, passed away Tuesday, November 11, 2014 at Arbors of Sylvania. She was born in Clay Center, Ohio on August 12, 1941 to Victor and Elizabeth Nero. Rosemary was a graduate of Notre Dame Academy in 1960. She was an avid Notre Dame College football fan and loved the Detroit Tigers Baseball. Rosemary was passionate about cooking and was noted at Arbors for passing out lifesavers to everyone. Courtney was a very devoted granddaughter, taking Rosemary everywhere she wanted to go. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, William Oliver Sr., siblings, Joe, Patricia and Victor. Rosemary is survived by her loving family; children, William Bill (Jackie) Oliver and Christine Oliver, grandchildren, Courtney, Nick (Kim), Scott, Kayla (Andrew), 2 great grandchildren and her siblings, Paul (Patricia) Nero, Betty Lou (Jim) Cook, Patrick (Barbara) Nero and Susan Nero. Visitation will be at H. H. Birkenkamp Funeral Home, 3219 Tremainsville Rd (419-473-1301) on Sunday, November 16 from 2:00 pm until 8:00 pm, with Rosary Service beginning at 6:00 pm. Visitation will continue at 9:00 am on Monday, at Regina Coeli Catholic Church, 530 Regina, to follow with Mass of the Christian Burial beginning at 10:00 am.
