Robin Marie Langel-Czyznikiewicz

Robin Marie Langel- Czyznikiewicz , 62, of Walbridge, Ohio passed away peacefully on Saturday, April 30th, 2022 at her residence.  She was born on August 12, 1959 in Oregon, Ohio, the daughter of the late Richard and Loretta (Mate) Langel.

Robin worked as a barber at Colonial Village Barber Shop in Maumee, Ohio for many years where she took great pride in her work and thoroughly enjoyed the many conversations with her customers throughout the years.  Her family and friends would describe her as loving, caring, generous, often stubborn and witty.  Before she became ill the last few years, she enjoyed cutting hair, gardening, going to craft shows, garage sales and flea markets, attending her grandkids events and just spending time with family. Robin also enjoyed reminiscing and having long talks with her best friend Rachel and loved to shop, especially on Amazon.

Survivors include her daughter, Brooke( Josh) Allen; son, Lucas (Sara Dubois) Vaillant; grandchildren Paige and Chase; sisters, Carolyn (Buddy) Carr , Patti (Greg) Hall, Joyce Braden, Laurie Collins, Cyndi Vaillant, Judy Haeft ; as well as many nieces and nephews.  She was preceded in death by her parents; her sister, Terrie Dowell; and nephews, Levi Dowell and Tyler Herron.

Visitation will be held from 3:00-7:00 pm on Thursday, May 5, 2022 at the Witzler -Shank Walker Funeral Home, 701 N. Main Street, Walbridge, Ohio.  Funeral services will be at 11:00 am on Friday, May 6, 2022 in the funeral home.  Memorial contributions may be directed to the Wounded Warriors Project or St. Jude.
