Visitation will be 2pm-8pm on Thursday, April 25, 2019 at Blanchard-Strabler Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held 10am on Friday, April 26, 2019 at Blanchard-Strabler Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Greenlawn Cemetery Robert Ford McConkey was born in Toledo, OH to Curtis and Lucille McConkey on November 25, 1944. He went to school at Liberty Center. He married Sharon Burke on June 4, 1966 in Toledo, OH. He worked at Owens Illinois, Roadway, and Advance Transportation. Robert McConkey is preceded in death by his parents Curtis and Lucille McConkey; sister Shirley Wolfe; nephew Doug Wolfe; great-grandchildren Ethan McConkey, Emma McConkey, and Elexis McConkey. Robert McConkey is survived by his spouse, Sharon McConkey; two daughters, Dawn (James) Good, Angela (David) Jablonski; his brother, James (Carol) McConkey; six grandchildren, Joshua (Reegan) McConkey, John McConkey, Justin Morse, Jacob Morse, Jeremy Good, Jessica (Jeremy) Pasker; and great-grandchildren, Eliza Morse, Rayden Good, Adelynn Good, Vayke Pasker, Cashus Pasker, Kassieus Pasker, and Quentin McConkey. Pallbearers will be Joshua McConkey, John McConkey, Justin Morse, Jacob Morse, Jeremy Good, and Jessica Pasker.
