Ricky "Fuzzy" Williams

Ricky Alan Williams, lovingly known as "Fuzzy", was born February 2, 1959 to Delores (Azbart) and Dan Williams. On Thursday, June 12, 2025 in the loving arms of his son, he lost his short battle to cancer and joined his parents in heaven.

Ricky was an avid outdoorsman who loved to hunt and fish. Knowledge he passed onto his children and grandchildren. He looked forward to his lunch and dinner dates, and of course his frozen red eye margaritas with his children and grandchildren at Ventura's where he was a loyal customer for 41 years. He also enjoyed spending time at the Cusino Club after work where he was a loyal member for over 40+ years.

Fuzzy was a hard working man. He was an arborist since 1982 and spent the last 26 years at L.E. Savory Tree and Lawn service.

He is survived by his children, Ashley (Justin) Dupree, Jacob Williams, and Josh Sorga; grandchildren, Jamieson, Alizay, Justin Jr, Jeronimo Ricky, James, Beau, Brystol; great grandchild, Oliver; siblings, Mike (Sharon), Jeff, and Brenda (Larry); and his honorary family, The Twiggs.

He was preceded in death by his parents; brother-in-law, Kenny Barnaby; and nephews, Brian Lunsford and Randy Solly.

Visitation will be held at Sunrise Cremations and Funerals on Thursday, June 19, 2025 from 12:00 pm until the time of the service at 1:00 pm. In lieu of flowers or planting a tree in memory of Fuzz, consider his family to help with the funeral costs.
