Rick A. Keener II. Passed away Saturday December 3, 2016, he was 28. Rick was born in Toledo on June 11, 1988 to Rick Keener and Tracy Shields-Keener. Rick was preceded in death by his mother, Tracy. He is survived by his loving children, Brooklyn and Rick III; father, Rick; brother, Roger; aunts Barb Keener and Kim Shields; uncle, Randy; grandmothers, Shirley Shields and Maribelle Keener. Friends will be received at Blanchard-Strabler Funeral Home (1163 W. Sylvania at Lockwood, 419-269-1111) on Saturday January 7th from 2 PM until the time of Services at 4 PM.
