Richard T. Rokicki, Jr.

Richard T. Rokicki Jr. age 79, of Toledo, Ohio, passed away peacefully on Friday, January 22, 2010, at Hospice of Northwest Ohio after a short illness. He was born in Toledo on November 6, 1930 to Richard and Ruth Rokicki Sr. Richard was a veteran of the United States Marine Corp. He was employed with Jeep for 39 years, retiring in 1987. Richards pastime included telling Jeep Stories.He was preceded in death by his parents, Richard and Ruth Rokicki Sr. and his beloved wife, Bonnie Rokicki. Richard is survived by his children, Thomas Rokicki, Michael (Beth) Rokicki, Christine Rokicki, grandchildren, Kurt, Cheyanne, Evan (Sara), Leslie (Steve), Kellie, Erika, Kyle (Hayley), Andrea, Claire, great grandchildren, Cody, Adia, siblings, Jim (Norma) Rokicki, Paul Rokicki and Carol (Kenny) Krohn.Visitation for Richard will be at H. H. Birkenkamp Funeral Home, 3219 Tremainsville Rd (at Alexis) 419-473-1301 on Monday, January 25 from 2:00 pm until 8:00 pm where funeral services are scheduled for 1:00 pm on Tuesday.Memorial contributions may be given to Hospice of Northwest Ohio, 30000 E.
