.Richard Melms, age 60, of Toledo, died Wednesday March 23, 2016 at Genesis Health Care, Point Place. He was born July 21, 1955 in Toledo to Mr. & Mrs. Carl (Patricia Mackling) Melms. He worked as a restaurant manager, most recently at Taco Bell. Survived by his loving wife, Vicki; children, Carl (Heidi) Melms and Samantha (Brian) Hansen; 6 grandchildren. A Celebration of his life will be held on Saturday April 2nd at 11 AM at State Line Community Church (6202 N. Detroit Ave., Toledo).
