Richard Gruetter

Richard Elmer Gruetter, 91, of Walbridge, Ohio passed away Thursday, January 5, 2023. He was born September 26, 1931 in Walbridge, Ohio to Otto and Selma (Geiner) Gruetter. Richard proudly served our country in the United States Army.

Richard worked for C & O Railroad for 44 years. He loved spending time with his grandchildren and listening to Bluegrass Music and watching WTOL-TV News.

He is survived by his children; Glen Gruetter, Donna Gruetter and Mark (Lori) Gruetter; grandchildren, Heather, Cassie and Mark;  brother, Lester and sister, Virginia and many nieces and nephews. Richard was preceded in death by his wife, June Carol, his parents, brothers, Raymond and Roy and sister, LaDonna.

A graveside service will be held Wednesday, January 11, 2023 at Noon at Lake Twp. Cemetery. Condolences may be made online to the family at www.walkerfuneralhomes.com.
