Richard Lavell Allen, Sr. 06/17/45-01/07/19. Richard Lavell Allen Sr went home peacefully to be with his parents, siblings and children Monday January 7, 2019. He served in the United States Army(Vietnam War). He worked as a counselor at Lucas County Sheriff's Department, Investigator at Ohio Civil Rights Commission and a caregiver at Sunshine Inc. He also held an Associate Degree in Public Service and was a Licensed Social Worker. He leaves to cherish his memory his siblings, children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren and a host of many family and friends. Memorial information to follow.
