Phyllis Kuznear

Phyllis Kuznear, age 93, passed away at her home with her loving family by her side on Wednesday, March 17, 2021. She was born in Toledo, Ohio on July 11, 1927 to her parents, Arthur and Elizabeth Norton. Phyliis was a Licensed practical Nurse, working as a charge nurse for many years at the former Villa North nursing home.Phyllis was preceded in death by her first husband, John Maher and Conrad Kuznear, her brothers, sister and grandson, John Maher. She is survived by her devoted children, Christine (Ron) Doris, John (Linda) Maher, Lynn Maher, Denise (John) Cowell. Phyllis is also survived by her grandchildren, Kerry, Kimberly, Kendra, Holly, Candy, 8 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren.Visitation for Phyllis will be Monday, March 22, 2021 at Blanchard Strabler Funeral Home, 3219 Tremainsville Rd @ Alexis from 2:00 pm until 8:00 pm. Scripture service will begin at 6:30 pm. The Funeral Mass will be at St Clement Catholic Church, 3030 Tremainsville Rd on Tuesday, March 23 at 10:00am. (On Tuesday morning go directly to church)Memorial contributions may be given to Hospice of Northwest Ohio.
