Petra Parra

Petra (Vidaurri) Parra, 83, of Sylvania, Ohio, passed away Thursday, July 13, 2017 in Wauseon surrounded by her family. Petra was born October 23, 1933 in Laredo, Texas. She was married to Jos Parra, who has preceded her in death. Petra will be missed by her children, Mona Ballez, Gloria Franco, Bibi Parra, Felix (Valerie) Parra, George (Stella) Parra, Rachel Parra, Abel (Deb) Parra, Erminia (Mario) Moreno; 16 grandchildren; 42 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great-grandchildren; siblings, Refugio (Angelito) Vidaurri, Maria Inez (Fidel) Acevedo, Dolores Vidaurri, Adelaida Capetillo; and many nieces and nephews. Petra will be greeted in heaven by her husband, Jos Parra. Visitation will continue Monday, July 17, 2017 as Petra lies in state at Epiphany of the Lord Catholic Church - St. Thomas Aquinas Campus, 729 White St., Toledo, OH 43605 from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. when a funeral service will begin.
