Patricia G Tolle Schyllander

April 1, 1936 – May 12, 2025

Patricia entered heaven's gates on May 12, 2025, at St. Vincent Medical Center in Toledo, Ohio, due to a long-term illness. Pat was a nurse for many years, a homemaker, a true matriarch of our family, and an avid Scrabble player.

She was preceded in death by husband Art, grandson Kevin, great-grandson Tre, great-granddaughters Vera and Aria, daughter-in-law Patty, brothers James and Bruce, and sister Sue.

She is survived by 7 children, Kathy, Jeff, Debi (Dan), Donna, Debbie (Rob), Janet, Art/Tim (Nina), 31 grandchildren, 50 great-grandchildren, 21 great-great-grandchildren. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews whom she loved dearly.

She was the best mom, grandma, and GG a person could have. She is mostly remembered by trips to Tennessee, traveling the back roads, and the stories we have all heard. She also loved her back porch and told many childhood stories on it.

Rest in peace, GeeGee.

Visitation will take place on Friday, May 16, 2025, from 4-7 at the Walker Funeral Home, 5155 W. Sylvania Ave. Toledo, OH 43623. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m., May 17, 2025, at the Walker Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Ottawa Hills Memorial Park.
