Patricia Heigel

March 15, 1946 — January 9, 2025

Patty Heigel, loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and sister earned her wings on January 9th, 2025. Patty was born in San Antonio, TX in March 1946 to John and Lupe Sanchez.

Throughout her life, Patty was known for her sparkling personality, her bright smile, her artistic abilities, and her big heart. She bartended and managed at several Northwest Ohio establishments for nearly 50 years, serving and charming everyone from locals to celebrities.

She was the life of the party, and was proud to be a member of the Bayview Yacht Club in Point Place. She is survived by her daughters, Gina, Tina (Scott), and Lisa (Joe); grandchildren John, Abigail, and Ava; and great-granddaughter Alaina. She is also survived by brothers Joel (Marge), Herb, and John (Valerie), many nieces and nephews, and her wonderful group of friends.

Services will be held at St. Peter & Pauls Church (738 S. St. Clair St. Toledo, OH 43609) Monday February 17, 2025. Visitation will be from 10am-11am followed by a mass at 11am. Patty has asked everyone to celebrate her life by wearing color at the service.
