Patricia A. Gallagher

Patricia A. Gallagher, 75 of Toledo, passed away Saturday, May 14, 2022. She was born on September 27, 1946 to George and Louise (Keefe) Smith in Ridgeland, South Carolina. Patricia carried many loves and passions in her life. She loved education, going to school, and learning in general. God was very important in her life, and she was a very active member of the Lewis Avenue Baptist Church, where she would often volunteer. Patricia loved spending time with the family and was very friendly to all, and because of that, people loved being around her.She is survived by her; son Leroy (Raquel) Gallagher; grandchildren Brandon (Connin) Gallagher, Austin Gallagher, and Maliah Gallagher; siblings Jim (Carol) Smith, Judy Smith, David Smith, and Ron Smith; as well as many nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her; husband Theodore Gallagher;brother, Charles "Chuck" W. Smith; sister Mary L. Smith; sister-in-law Sharon Smith; and both her parents.Visitation for Patricia will be held Tuesday, May 24, 2022 from 10:00 A.M. to 12:00 P.M. at Blanchard-Strabler Funeral Home (3219 Tremainsville Rd.
