Patricia Ann Eichenberg

Patricia Ann Eichenberg, age 56 of Toledo, passed away Thursday, September 18, 2014 at The Toledo Hospital. Patricia was born on April 8, 1958 to Jack and Monica Monroe in Toledo. Patricia is survived by her children; Mark Eichenberg and Angela Monroe, granddaughter, Katerina Lewallan, soul-mate and best friend, John Michael Eller, sisters; Mary Madrid and Cathy Savett, brothers; Jack, David, Tom, Bill, and Bob Monroe, and many other loving family members and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents and brother, Timothy Monroe. Visitation will be held on Monday, September 22, 2014 from 5:00 until 8:00 PM with a prayer service at 7:00 PM at H.H. Birkenkamp Funeral Home, 3219 Tremainsville Rd. 419-473-1301. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, September 23, 2014 at 1:00PM at the Funeral Home followed by burial at Toledo Memorial Park.
