Nicholas Jakob

Nicholas Jakob, August 28, 1983 December 15, 2018, passed away peacefully at home after 30 months of successful recovery from addiction. He touched many lives in that time. He always tried to help others. He leaves behind his mom, Kelli Jakob (Jay); dad, Jeff (Dar) Jakob; brothers, Tony, Marc, Jeremy; fiance, Teri; aunts, Traci Morris, Muffi Richardson; uncle, Brian (Tina) Morris and many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. He was preceded in death by his grandparents. Friends will be received at Blanchard-Strabler Funeral Home (1163 W. Sylvania at Lockwood, 419-269-1111) on Friday from 2-8 PM where Services will be held on Saturday at 10 AM. Burial, Springfield Twp. Cemetery, Holland, OH. Donations may be directed to the family to assist with expenses.
