Nellie Fahrer

Nellie Eleanor (Coder) Fahrer, age 93, died October 17, 2018 at The Manor at Perrysburg. She was born July 12, 1925 to Mr. aand Mrs. William (Gladys) Coder and was raised on the family farm in Monclova, OH, where the family also had an apple orchard. Nellie attended Monclova School from the 1st through the 12th grade and later graduated from Stautzenberger College with a Business Degree. Nellie spent most of her years in Monclova but eventually moved to Perrysburg to live out the rest of her life. She enjoyed doing word searches, puzzles and playing checkers with anyone who thought they could beat her. Nellie was a chocoholic and enjoyed a game of bingo here and there. She will be dearly missed by her loved ones. Survived by her children, Jim (Pam) Fahrer, Carol (Bob) Huff, Deb Johnson, Diane (Frank) Shine; 12 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren. Graveside Services will be private at Roth Cemetery, Monclova, OH.
