Nancy S Kemper

Nancy S. Kemper, age 93 of Toledo, passed away on Wednesday, November 5, 2014 at the Franciscan Care Center in Toledo. Nancy was born on February 19, 1921 in Toledo to J. Leo and Ann (Dederich) Showel. Nancy was a teacher and librarian for the University of Toledo and retired in 1981. Nancy was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas W. Kemper, brothers; John, Robert, and Francis Showel, sister, Rosalind Showel Harpst, and son-in-law, Wesley Stewart. She is survived by her son, Thomas W. (Joanne) Kemper, Jr. of Toledo, daughter, Candace K. Stewart of Reston, VA, 5 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren, and 3 great great grandchildren. A Memorial Mass will be held on Saturday, November 15, 2014 at 11:00AM at Christ the King Catholic Church.
