NANCY LEE CHERRY (ZALE)It is will full hearts that we announce the death of our dear mother, Nancy Cherry. She selflessly poured everything into the lives of her loving family; always placing family needs above her own. Leading with grace, strength, and wisdom; the family she leaves behind is strong and inspired thanks to her passion and guidance. The ultimate homemaker, animal lover, and friend, her legacy of love lives on in us all. Thank you, Mom! We couldnt have had a better mentor, life coach, and confidant. Our success is your success!Nancy passed on March 19, 2023, due to complications of ALS at the age of 68. Nancy was born on July 23, 1954, to the parents of Vincent and Jean Zale. She was married on October 4, 1974, to James E. Cherry in Toledo, Ohio where she lived and raised her family. She was preceded in death by her dear husband James Cherry, son Scott Cherry, and her parents; notably leaving this earth on the same day that her beloved Scotty left. She is survived by her sons; Daniel (Amy) Cherry, Robert (Chrissy) Cherry, and Nicholas (Mari-Jo) Cherry; her grandchildren Danny and Addison Cherry, and Matthew Cherry; siblings Gary (Joyce) Zale, David (Caroline) Zale, and Cindy (Bill) Eason. She is also survived by her domestic partner Jeff Kimmerly and his family that she took on and loved as her own; Anthony (Megan) Kimmerly, Cara Smith, Lennon Lacourse, Jaycee Smith, and Owen and Jack Kimmerly.
