Monyata T. Evans, age 43 of Toledo, Ohio, passed away, Thursday, December 22, 2016 at Toledo Hospital. She was born in Toledo on September 22, 1973 to Rutherford Tyree and Suzette Mays. Monyata was employed with Lutheran Home of Toledo as a LPN. She received a heart transplant 8 years ago and was an ambassador for the A.H.A. Monyata was president for Gods Best Creation, which she created. She was preceded in death by her father, Rutherford Tyree. Monyata is survived by her loving husband, Timothy L. Evans, devoted children, Chasity C., Constance G., Timothy T. E., Timberland E., Tyler E. Serena D., Tierra H., her mom, Suzette Mays, 4 grandchildren and brothers and sisters.
