Merlin 'Bud Milligan

Merlin Bud Milligan Jr. age 64 of Toledo, passed away Monday, August 13, 2018 at The Merit House. He was born in Toledo on December 4, 1953 to Merlin and Elsie Milligan. Bud was a veteran of the United States Navy. He was employed in security. He was preceded in death by his parents. Bud is survived by his children, Anthony Milligan, Sarah Mattin and Mark Milligan and 5 grandchildren. He is also survived by his sister, Carol (Jim) Jakubowski, brother, Gary (Jean) Milligan and long-time companion and caregiver, Carol Benson. Memorial visitation for Bud will be at Witzler-Shank Funeral Home Trilby, 3219 Tremainsville Rd (at Alexis) on Friday, August 17 from 3:00 pm until 7:00 pm.
