Matthew D. Dugan Matthew D. Dugan, age 34, of Toledo, Ohio, died unexpectedly on Wednesday, August 13, 2008. He was born on August 1, 1974, in Toledo to Thomas and Cynthia Dugan. Matt was employed with B P Oil Company for 3 months and also Great Lakes Window Company. Matt was a graduate of Whitmer High School and on the wrestling team. He loved music and playing his guitar which he played in his church band. He was a great sketch artist and enjoyed special effects. He was preceded in death by his father, Thomas Dugan. Matt is survived by his mother, Cynthia Dugan; sisters, Rachel Dugan and Molly Dugan; nephew, Tommy Wiskochil; many aunts, uncles, cousins and numerous friends. Visitation for Matt will be at H. H. Birkenkamp Funeral Home, 3219 Tremainsville Rd. (419-473-1301) on Sunday, August 17, 2008, from 2:00-8:00 p.m. Chapel service will be at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, August 18, 2008, at Toledo Memorial Park Cemetery.
