Mary Ellen Scott

Mary Ellen Scott, age 93 of Toledo, Ohio, passed away at Ebeid Hospice on Wednesday, February 3, 2016. She was born in Toledo on September 18, 1922 Howard and Alvina Struble. Mary Ellen was an avid reader and loved to crochet. She was very long time member of Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints and very active in her church. She was preceded in death by her parents, her beloved husband of 63 years, Joseph Scott, daughter, Sharon Arndt and her sister, Eileen Kreps. Mary Ellen is survived by her grandchildren, Shelly (Ken Noonan) Shaw and Jeff (Kim) Arndt, great grandchildren Kelsey, Michael, Kayla, and Rebecca, great, great grandchildren, Brayden, Peyton, Sophia and Jordan, son-in-law, David Arndt and nephews. Visitation will be Saturday, February 6, 2016, beginning at 10:00 am until time of service at 11:00 am at Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, 1545 Eastgate Rd. Toledo.
