Mary Louise Piercy Hattery

Mary Louise (Piercy) Hattery, age 68, of Bowling Green, Ohio passed away peacefully at home surrounded by loving family on Sunday, July 28, 2019. Mary was born on December 3, 1950 in Morenci, Michigan to the late Arthur and Mary E. (Vaughn) Piercy. Mary loved to baking goods, canning, and making preserves for her friends and family. She was a Godly woman, praying, singing, and volunteering her time to the many ministries at her Church. She was a member of Victory Chapel Fellowship Church in Cygnet, Ohio and worked at Wood County Hospital for 18 years. In her later years Mary took up sewing and crocheting and spent most of her days with her grandchildren. Left to cherish Marys memories is her husband of 48 years, Gary Hattery, children; Craig M. Hattery, Mary R. Gregory, Gary N. Hattery; host family, Rauhul and family, Hemaunent Shuekla, and Rabsign and family; 10 grandchildren; and 1 great-grandchild; sisters, Ardith (Don) Sager and Barb (Mike) Jones. Preceding Mary in is son, Samuel Paul; brother, Don Piercy. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions in Marys name can be made to the family. Friends will be received Tuesday, August 6, 2019 from 10:00 A.M. to 11:00 A.M. at Victory Chapel Fellowship Church, 280 Union Street, Cygnet, Ohio 43413 (419-299-3238).
