Mary Ann Gross

Mary Ann Gross Grammie was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend. She passed away August 30th, 2021, shortly after celebrating her 80th birthday surrounded by loved ones.Mary Ann was born to Steve and Anna Jesensky on August 22, 1941 in Pittsburgh, PA. She gave birth to the true light of her life, Rhonda, on November 15th, 1963. In 1972 with her loving husband Guy, the family moved to Toledo, OH. There she was blessed with two grandsons- a love only rivaled by her love for the Pittsburgh Steelers.Mary Ann was Grammie to everyone lucky enough to have met her, whether as the coffee lady at The Andersons or volunteering at Blessed Sacrament. She will be missed by many but her loving spirit will always be remembered in the community.Grammie is preceded in death by her husband Guy Gross and her sweet canine companion Sassy.
