Marjorie L. Parasiliti

On October 13, 2010 Marjorie (Woit) Parasiliti left this Earth to be with Our Father in Heaven. Marjorie served in the WAAC Womans Army Auxiliary Corp during World War II where she earned the rank of First Sergeant. She spent 63 years as a wife, mother and Nani. Her kind ways and terrific sense of humor will be missed by everyone who knew her. Marjorie is preceded in death by her father, Alfred Woit; mother, Loretta Whaley and sister, Gertrude Koepke. She is survived by her husband, Tony Parasiliti; children, Tom (Lorna) Parasiliti, Donna Parasiliti and Tony (Shawn) Parasiliti; eleven grandchildren, Erin, Anna, Sarah, Nicholas, Michael, Meredith, Marc, Matt, Adam, Allison and Anthony; sixteen great grandchildren; and sister, Ethyle Lalendorf. A special Thank You to the wonderful nursing staff on the fourth floor of Flower Hospital. A memorial visitation will held at H.H. Birkenkamp Funeral Home, 3219 Tremainsville Rd (at Alexis), 419-473-1301, Friday, October 15, from 1:00 PM until 4:00 PM with Services starting at 4:00 PM. Following will be a Celebration of Life Dinner at the Jerusalem Fire Station, 9501 Rt. 2, Curtice, Ohio from 5:00 PM until 10:00 PM.
