Marilyn Gentz

Marilyn H. Gentz, 88, of Liberty Township, Ohio died Thursday, July 15, 2021 at Heritage Spring of West Chester Healthcare Center and Rehabilitation. Marilyn died shortly after her daughter’s passing on the same day. She was born in Toledo, Ohio on July 14, 1933 to Herbert and Serena (Farmer) Felser. Marilyn was a bank teller for many years. She was a faithful member of Bethany United Methodist Church. She also was a member of the Rainbows, Eastern Stars and Job’s Daughters. Marilyn enjoyed needlepoint, reading and puzzles. Marilyn is survived by her son, Ray(Joyce) Gentz; grandchildren, Julie, Amber (Ethan), Anthony (Joshua), and Deborah (Kevin); seven great grandchildren; three great great grandchildren; sister, Eileen Gruetter; brother, Robert (Linda) Felser; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Gerald Gentz; and daughter, Linda Gentz. Friends will be received at Walker Funeral Home-Walbridge Chapel, 701 N. Main St., Walbridge, Ohio on Wednesday, July 21, 2021 from 11:00 am-1:00 pm where a funeral will begin at 1:00 pm. Burial will follow at Lake Township Cemetery.
