Larry Compton, Sr

Larry Wayne Compton, Sr., 67, of Toledo, Ohio, passed April 25, 2017 at St. Charles Hospital. Larry was born September 10, 1949 to Simey and Betty Jean (Mitchell) Compton, Sr. in Charleston, West Virginia. Larry was a proud Veteran, serving his country in the Army. He worked at Chrysler Machining Plant in Perrysburg, Ohio for 32 years before retiring in 2004. Larry is survived by the love of his life, Rose (Flowers); children Larry Compton, Jr., Lori (Michael) Kuron, Beth Ann (Woody) Shelton, Lynn Stark, Jacqueline Harder, Jennifer Hardison; 16 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; siblings Danny (Lucy) Compton, Simey Compton, Theresa Niscior, LaDonna LaFountain. Larry is preceded in death by his parents and his sister Patricia Osmond.
