Kayden Daniel Joseph Pryor

With hearts broken beyond words, we announce the passing of our precious baby boy, Kayden Daniel Joseph Pryor, who left this world far too soon, on July 17, 2025, at just one year old. Born in Fayetteville, North Carolina, on January 12, 2024, Kayden brought light, laughter, and a love deeper than words to all who knew him.

Despite facing an unimaginable fight, Kayden lived every moment with joy, strength, and the pure playful spirit only a baby could possess. He was silly, sweet, and endlessly energetic. He loved to be dressed up (as long as it didn’t include socks!) and was delighted in cuddling his favorite blankie, and always with his pacie near by.

Kayden found comfort and joy in the simple things like his loving family, the sound of the OSU marching band, and playing with his beloved dogs, Bella and Lucy. His bright personality and joyful giggles brought comfort and warmth even in the hardest times.

Kayden is survived by his devoted parents, Alexis Ostrander and Austin Pryor; his big sister, Scarlett; his grandparents, Danielle Facer (Anthony) and Kim Ostrander; and many aunts, uncles, cousins, and extended family who adored him beyond measure. He was welcomed into Heaven by his great-grandmother, Nana Sue Kruczk and his papa, Jason Brochu, who we know are holding him with love now.

A visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 22, 2025, from 10:00 am-12:00pm, with a service following, at Sunrise Cremation and Funerals, Holland, Ohio.

In lieu of flowers, donations are suggested to Nationwide Children’s Hospital in Columbus for a memorial wagon, in honor of Kayden’s life.
