Katherine R. Shea

Katherine R. Shea, 66, of Toledo, OH, formerly of Petersburg, MI, passed away on Tuesday, December 3, 2019 at Ebeid Hospice in Sylvania, OH. She was born on February 15, 1953 in Kane, PA to Benjamin and Roberta (Dahms) Price. She married Terry L. Shea on March 24, 1973 in West Chester, PA. Katherine received her associates degree in business in the early 70s from Keystone College in PA and she was employed as a customs broker for Livingston and later Panalpina for over 30 years, retiring in 2014. In her younger years, she enjoyed riding horses and more recently enjoyed quilting and sewing. She also loved cooking. Katherine is survived by her loving husband, Terry L. Shea; children, Jennifer L. (Kidron) Eastman and Tyler F. (Ashley) Shea; grandchildren, Gregory, Andrew, Trent, and Alexander; one great granddaughter on the way; siblings Margaret Price and Richard Price. She is preceded in death by her parents and daughter, Amanda. Friends will be received on Monday, December 9, 2019 from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. in Witzler-Shank Funeral Home, 3219 Tremainsville Rd, Toledo, OH 43613 (419-473-1301).
