JUDY KAYE (MAY) SHORDTJudy Kaye (May) Shordt, 75, of Toledo OH, passed away Thursday, May 09, 2024 at Hospice of Northwest Ohio in Toledo. She was born January 06, 1949 in Lewis, KY, the daughter of the late Elmo Perry May and Frona Lee Liles. Ms. Shordt was a devout Christian, an animal lover, enjoyed gardening, sewing and spending time with her grandchildren. She is survived by one son, Richard Newman of Milwaukee WI, one daughter Emma Kathy (Fite) Co of Brunswick GA, one sister, Hester Witten of Wurtland KY; 9 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren and longtime friend Ron Stockman. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by sister Patrica June (Witten) Horsley and one son, Roger Wayne Fite.A memorial service will held at 7pm Monday, June 03, 2024 at Blanchard-Strabler Funeral Home in Toledo.Friends may visit from 6pm-7pm Monday, June 03, 2024 at Blanchard-Strabler Funeral Home in Toledo.
