Judith A Vellequette

Judith L. (Mohr) Vellequette, age 46, of Toledo, passed away Friday, April 08, 2011 in Hospice of Northwest Ohio after a short, intense battle with cancer. She was born October 14, 1964 in Toledo, and loved her family and the outdoors on Clark's Lake, either laying out in the sun or waterskiing. She was preceded in death by her father, Alton Mohr. Judy is survived by her son, Navy (USS Ronald Reagan) Mike Vellequette; mother, Mary Lou Mohr; brothers, Phil (Karen) Mohr and Steve Mohr; devoted friends, Larry Young and Jim Vellequette; and birth mother, Bonnie Martin-Tantanella who reconnected with Judy when she was 17. Visitation will be at 11 a.m. Sunday at H.H. Birkenkamp Funeral Home, 3219 Tremainsville Rd. 419-473-1301, with services to follow at 1 p.m. Memorial contributions are asked for Hospice of Northwest Ohio, The Red Cross, or St. Anne's Cancer Center.
