Judith Maulbetsch

Judith A. Maulbetsch, age 72 of Newport, Michigan and formally of Springfield Township, Ohio, passed away August 26, 2015 at her home. She was born in Toledo on April 19, 1943 to Eldean and Thelma Pratt. She was employed as a nurse for several years, working at hospitals and doctor offices and more recently as a bookkeeper at various companies. She was preceded in death by her parents, Eldean and Thelma Pratt. Judy is survived by her devoted husband of almost 54 years, Thomas Maulbetsch Sr., loving children, Julie (Martin) Selvidge, Sabra Putinta, Thomas Maulbetsch Jr., 9 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren, sister, Laura (Thomas) Schank, foster siblings, Tom Maple and Judy Lynn (Kevin) Moore and special cousin, Bonnie (Phil) Tripp. Visitation will be Friday, August 28, 2015 from 4:00 pm until 8:00 pm at H. H. Birkenkamp Funeral Home, 3219 Tremainsville Rd (419-473-1301). Funeral service is Saturday, beginning at 10:00 am in the funeral home.
