Joseph Wallace Scotty Scott age 83 of Toledo, died Wednesday, May 14, 2008 at the N.W.Ohio Hospice, Detroit Ave. He was born in Kane, Wyoming on Tuesday, June 3, 1924 to Herschel and Mae (Nebel) Scott. Joe retired from the U.S. Postal service as a letter carrier with 35 years of service. He was a member of the National Assoc. of Letter Carriers, loved sports and was the best shortstop to emerge from Greybull Wyoming.Joe is preceded in death by his parents and daughter, Sharon Arndt.Surviving are his loving wife of 63 years, Mary Ellen (Struble) Scott; son-in-law, David Arndt; grandchildren, Jeff (Kim) Arndt and Shelly Shaw; great grandchildren, Kelsey, Michael, Kayla and Rebecca; great-great grandson, Brayden; nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.Friends may call at the H.H.
